Studio Policies

At Anna Finan Ballet Atelier, our goal is to provide a positive, professional, and supportive environment where every dancer can develop strong technique, confidence, and a lifelong love of dance.

Tuition & Payment

Tuition for the Morning Ballet Atelier and Young Artist Program reflects enrollment in the full training year and is not calculated according to the number of classes occurring in an individual month.

Morning Ballet Atelier:

Annual tuition is divided into 10 equal monthly installments, August through May. Payments are due on the 15th of each month, beginning August 15.

Young Artist Program:

Annual tuition is divided into 9 equal monthly installments, September through May, according to the tuition schedule provided at enrollment.

Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of holidays or scheduled studio closures, as annual tuition is evenly distributed across the applicable training year.

The student's individual tuition amount and any applicable studio rental fees are outlined in the training proposal provided prior to enrollment. Studio rental fees are calculated separately from coaching tuition and, when applicable, are shared among participating dancers.

Private Coaching:

Payment is due at the time of booking. Private coaching fees are non-refundable and are subject to the Private Coaching Policy.

Payment Options:

Tuition may be paid by ACH bank transfer, check, or credit card. There is no additional processing fee for payments made by ACH bank transfer or check. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

ACH payment instructions and applicable credit card payment links will be provided privately upon enrollment.

Attendance

Consistent attendance is encouraged to support each dancer's technical development, confidence, and long-term progress.

Please notify the studio as soon as possible if your dancer will be absent.

Tuition reserves your dancer's place in the program and is not prorated for missed classes.

Missed Classes & Cancellations

There are no make-up classes for student absences.

If a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, one make-up class will be provided during the training year. Additional weather-related cancellations are not guaranteed a make-up class.

If Anna Finan Ballet Atelier cancels a class for any reason other than weather, a make-up class will always be provided.

Families will be notified by email as soon as possible regarding any cancellations or schedule changes.

Withdrawal

Morning Ballet Atelier & Young Artist Program:

If you wish to withdraw from the program, please provide 30 days' written notice by email.

Tuition payments already made are non-refundable. Tuition remains due during the required notice period.

Private coaching fees are non-refundable.

Private lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
