MORNING BALLET ATELIER

Thoughtfully designed training for dedicated dancers.

Unlike a traditional ballet class, the Morning Ballet Atelier offers the time and individualized coaching necessary for meaningful technical and artistic growth. With only three to four dancers, each session combines personalized instruction with the motivation of training alongside equally dedicated peers. A thoughtfully structured curriculum explores one technical focus each month while honoring every dancer's unique path and goals. Enrollment is by invitation following an initial assessment.

What makes this program different:

INDIVIDUALIZED TRAINING

Personalized corrections and technical guidance in every class.

SMALL COHORT

A focused cohort of three to five dancers.

COMPREHENSIVE TRAINIG

Technique, pointe, conditioning, artistry, and repertoire integrated into every week.

MONTHLY TECHNICAL FOCUS

Each month explores a specific aspect of ballet technique while building on previously developed skills.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

  • Turnout, alignment, and placement

  • Foot articulation and pointe readiness

  • Pirouettes and turning mechanics

  • Adagio, balance, and control

  • Allegro, ballon, and dynamic movement

  • Artistry, musicality, and performance quality

  • Classical repertoire and ensemble work

Throughout the year, dancers also receive:

  • Individualized technical coaching and corrections

  • Ballet-specific strength, mobility, and conditioning

  • Progressive pointe work and pointe strengthening (as appropriate)

  • Performance preparation and goal-oriented training
