Welcome to the Young Artist Program at Anna Finan Ballet Atelier!

The Young Artist Program offers focused small-group classical ballet training with an emphasis on strong technique, musicality, coordination, artistry, and individualized attention. Enrollment is limited to a maximum of eight dancers.

2026-2027 Program Calendar

The Young Artist Program meets weekly on Wednesdays, with the following scheduled breaks:

No class: November 25, December 23, December 30, 2026, and April 7, 2027.

Tuition is distributed evenly across the program year and remains the same regardless of the number of classes occurring in an individual month.

Your dancer’s place is secured once the enrollment form and first tuition payment have been received.

Health & Safety Information

Does your dancer have any allergies, injuries, physical limitations, or medical considerations that may affect participation in ballet training?

Please include only information that may be relevant to your dancer's safe participation in physical activity.

Is there any emergency medical information I should be aware of to help keep your dancer safe during class? Please include only information relevant to emergency response or safe participation in physical activity.

Students should not attend class when experiencing fever, vomiting, contagious illness, or other symptoms that may place themselves or others at risk. Students should be fever-free for at least 24 hours before returning to class.

Studio Policies

Please review the Anna Finan Ballet Atelier Studio Policies before completing enrollment. The policies include attendance, cancellations, dress code, tuition, communication, health and safety, and other expectations for participation.

Tuition Agreement

Enrollment in the Young Artist Program is $125 per month, September through May.

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and reserves the dancer’s place in the program for that month. Tuition is not calculated according to the number of classes occurring in an individual month and is not reduced or refunded due to student absences.

Withdrawal & Cancellation

Families may withdraw from the Young Artist Program by providing written notice to Anna Finan Ballet Atelier at least 10 days before the end of the current month.

If notice is received at least 10 days before the end of the month, enrollment will end at the conclusion of that month and no further tuition will be due.

If notice is received fewer than 10 days before the end of the month, the following month’s tuition will remain due, and enrollment will end at the conclusion of that following month.

Tuition already paid is non-refundable.

Payment Options:

Tuition may be paid by Zelle, check, or credit/debit card. Payment instructions will be provided upon enrollment.

Attendance & Cancellations

Consistent attendance is encouraged to support each dancer's technical progress, confidence, and long-term development.

Please notify Anna Finan Ballet Atelier as soon as possible if your dancer will be absent.

Classes missed due to student absence are not refundable and are not guaranteed a make-up class.

If Anna Finan Ballet Atelier cancels a class for any reason other than weather, a make-up class will be provided.

If a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, one make-up class will be provided during the training year. Additional weather-related cancellations are not guaranteed a make-up class.

Dress Code

Dancers should arrive prepared for class in appropriate ballet attire.

Female dancers: black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, hair in bun.

Male dancers: white or black fitted T-shirt/dance shirt, black tights or shorts, black socks and black ballet slippers.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

I understand that participation in ballet, dance, conditioning, stretching, pointe work, and related physical activities involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, muscle strains, sprains, falls, overuse injuries, and other injuries associated with physical activity.

I understand that Anna Finan Ballet Atelier LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate instruction, supervision, and a safe training environment; however, no physical activity can be made completely free of risk.

I voluntarily authorize my child to participate in activities offered by Anna Finan Ballet Atelier LLC and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I agree to release and hold harmless Anna Finan Ballet Atelier LLC, Anna Finan, its instructors, contractors, and the facilities in which instruction takes place from claims arising from the ordinary risks inherent in participation, except where such release is prohibited by law.

I confirm that I have disclosed any known injury, physical limitation, or relevant medical condition that may affect my child's participation.

I have read, understand, and agree to the Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability.

Emergency Medical Authorization

In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Anna Finan Ballet Atelier LLC and its representatives to obtain reasonable emergency medical assistance for my child if I cannot be reached promptly.

Every reasonable effort will be made to contact a parent or guardian first. I accept responsibility for any medical expenses incurred on behalf of my child.

I authorize emergency medical treatment as described above.

Photo & Video Permission

From time to time, Anna Finan Ballet Atelier may photograph or record classes, rehearsals, workshops, or performances for educational, promotional, website, and social media purposes. Please indicate your preference below.

Yes, I give permission for my dancer's image and/or video to be used.

No, I do not give permission.

Studio Communications

Families enrolled in Anna Finan Ballet Atelier will receive important emails regarding schedules, studio announcements, tuition, performances, and other program information.

I agree to receive studio communications related to my dancer's enrollment.

I would also like to receive occasional updates about workshops, new programs, and special events.
